Just a few years ago I started watching Emily begin her fitness journey. At the time I didn’t feel confident in my own skin. I had climbed to my heaviest weight, so I decided I needed to sacrifice something to make the time. I didn't want to miss out on spending time with my husband and kids after work for dinner. So, I decided to give up my hour of sleep in the morning to make it happen to take care of myself. I have been consistently going to the gym at 5am doing HIIT workouts 5-6 days a week since April 2021. I have lost 18 pounds and gained a ton of muscle. Emily was the one who inspired me and now I have friends I am inspiring who started working out and wanting to have a healthier lifestyle.
