My health and fitness journey began May 2020 when I stepped on the scale and decided I needed to make a drastic change. I had tried and failed many times in the past but for some reason I knew this time was going to be different. I knew I needed to make a commitment to myself, be consistent, give myself grace and stay determined even on the hardest days.


I started to focus on my health, I changed my relationship with food and managed to not only lose 50 pounds but create a life I could have never imagined. The best part was that I never had to eliminate any foods, cut out happy hours, say no to ice cream dates with my daughter or sacrifice the meals I love in order to reach my health and fitness goals.

Just a few years ago I started watching Emily begin her fitness journey. At the time I didn’t feel confident in my own skin. I had climbed to my heaviest weight, so I decided I needed to sacrifice something to make the time. I didn't want to miss out on spending time with my husband and kids after work for dinner. So, I decided to give up my hour of sleep in the morning to make it happen to take care of myself.
